Discovering Your Life Plan is a powerful process for discovering and creating your new business, career, and life!

This program is for you if you want to make major transitions and do personal growth work that will allow you to see who you are at your best - the authentic you.

The process includes completing an extensive, comprehensive inventory that tells you where you are now and your possibilities for the future. This is a unique process of visioning used to define who you are at your best.

You will be journeying inward to:

access your fundamental nature.
clarify your mission in life, purpose, values and guiding principles.
design your life and career plan
begin living your authentic self
discover gifts and talents in every aspect of your life NOW!

Your Life Plan includes a map for your life created in 20 hours with follow-up coaching sessions.

Included in Discovering Your Life Plan are three powerful personal assessments (Success Insights DISC Assessment, PIAV Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values, and The Personal Talent Skills Inventory) to give you deepened insights into your actions, beliefs, and behaviors.

Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values (PIAV) Assessment
You will learn about activities, careers and conversations that inspire a passion within you and cause you to become involved. You'll also learn what drives or motivates your behavior. The knowledge you gain from the PIAV report will help you take control of your decisions, your life's direction and your appreciation of yourself and others.

When you complete this assessment and our debriefing session afterwards, You will:

know the WHY of your automatic reactions.
make career choices that are more in line with your underlying passions.
understand the causes of conflict in your life.
develop an increased appreciation for each of the six attitudes.
gain the flexibility of being able to see life from different viewpoints.
increase your satisfaction and fulfillment with your career and life.

The Personal Talent Skills Inventory™
This assessment will help you discover and develop your own personal talents for success! Your report and debrief will tell you about:

Your ability to assess your cognitive structure (how you perceive yourself and the world around you.
The way you think about systems, tasks and people.
Your personal attributes describing your potential for workplace performance with an accurate ranking.

You will also receive development plans on those attributes required for your success. When combined with the Success Insights DISC Assessment and the PIAV Assessment, the Personal Talent Skills Inventory presents a complete picture of your talent.
