This tool
will help you gain insight into yourself and others by using a nonthreatening
style inventory to understand personality characteristics for improved
communication, reduced conflict, and more effective working relations.
INSIGHT
goes one step further than other style inventories with its immediate
usefulness and is backed by thorough support materials. You will receive
a comprehensive user's guide as well as tools and hands-on practice to
apply the material so you will be prepared to tap into your own strengths
in a variety of situations with all kinds of people.
Designed
