Margie S. Heiler, MS, Founder and CEO
Margie Heiler has been an ICF Master Certified Coach since 1998. Since that time she has made it her mission to help everyone that has sought out her services. Every new client Margie takes on is one more person that achieves a goal they thought they never would obtain.
Margie is a Certified Executive Coach, Assessments Consultant, and Facilitator. She has certifications in a number of assessment instruments, such as, DISC, PIAV (Personal Interests Attitudes and Values), Emotional Intelligence, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Benchmarks 360, Clark Wilson and others. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA), a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), a Certified Professional DNA® Analyst, and is TriMetrix® Certified for job benchmarking.
With the unique combination of custom coaching calls and assessment tools, clients are able to discover new ways to learn more about their behaviors and motivators, how to build their bottom line, and experience success as they align their values with their actions. Margie’s approach is holistic in that she will delve into all areas of a client’s life with respect to their goals. Touching on all aspects of a client's being helps to produce valuable, lasting results.

Richard C. Heiler, Vice President of Operations
With over 20 years of management and supervisory responsibilities and expertise in designing, conceptualizing, developing, improving, systematizing and analyzing in manufacturing and warehouse operations, Rick Heiler is qualified to recommend systems improvements in a variety of organizations. He has been a Plant Manager in three major companies--in Pennsylvania, Florida and Utah--where his accomplishments have ranged from increased production and productivity to improved customer service and regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies. Rick attended Temple University and has also had extensive, advanced training in management principles, computer software and PCs. Additionally, he has attended Dale Carnegie Leadership Training and Development Dimensions International (DDI) Leadership Training.
With his experience in corporate America, Rick sees the value of using assessments and coaching for the critical issues leadership and organizations face today. He is a partner in X-Stress Enterprises, Inc., a company that helps businesses and people improve their effectiveness and well-being for optimal results.
As a Training Manager, Rick has developed, implemented and delivered training programs in management skills, safety, and operations. He has also helped develop SOPs.
