What
activities, careers and conversations inspire a "passion" within you and
cause you to become involved? What drives or motivates your behavior?
The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Assessment (PIAV) measures
the WHY of your actions, leading to an understanding of what drives your
behaviors and the attitudes that move you into action. Through this web-based
assessment, six attitudes are identified and prioritized: Theoretical,
Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic and Traditional.
These Values and Attitudes help to initiate your behavior and are sometimes
called the hidden motivators because they are not always readily observed.
Our clients are amazed with the amount of accurate information they receive
about themselves through the results of the PIAV assessment.
The
PIAV report helps illuminate those motivating factors and attitudes and
allows you to understand the driving forces behind your decisions. It
is often used as a key part of the selection process and is useful for
hiring, coaching and mentoring.
Interactive Insights and PIAV
Today's highly effective leaders and employees are those who understand
how to work with an ever-changing base of knowledge and information. However,
the enormous effort needed to define and manage a talent inventory with
personalized development plans often prevents organizations from moving
forward.
The
Insights to Success interactive process gives you the capability to inventory
employee talents and automatically create personalized development plans
that capitalize on unique individual strengths. The Interactive Insights
are based on the results of the PIAV online assessment that has been completed.
The results contain specific and comprehensive information on the motivators
behind your natural behavior--your attitudes. These reports are used as
a reference point in conjunction with your Blueprint for Success.
