The DISC behavioral profiles give you insight into HOW you work with other people. Your behavioral style determines how you solve problems, interact with other people, the pace you prefer and how you respond to rules and procedures.

The computer generated DISC personal reports provide insight into your behavior and are a valuable tool for understanding yourself and others. The DISC model has been used by millions of people worldwide to improve interpersonal relationships, enhance communication, increase sales, reduce conflict and stress, determine effective job fit, and to create a common language for team development.

The ability to interact effectively with people could mean the difference between success or failure in your work and personal life. All of the reports offered represent a family of comprehensive and personalized web-based DISC behavior style assessments that meet a variety of needs and special applications.

Internet access is provided to the following reports on a per report basis. Participants respond to the online questionnaire and the report is delivered automatically without any additional administration time.

How the Online Assessment Works

  1. Purchase the assessment(s) and professional feedback and coaching option if desired.
  2. Receive an email with a password for each assessment purchased and a receipt with detailed instructions.
  3. Complete or have client complete the assessment online.
  4. Upon completion a copy of your client's report, or your own report, is immediately emailed to you.

7. Success Insights Sales Strategy Index™

The Sales Strategy Index, especially designed for outside sales, presents 54 "real life" sales situations. Each situation offers four possible outcomes. Respondents are given the opportunity to rank the four alternatives from "best" to "worst." By comparing their responses with those of proven top sales professionals, a profile is generated showing strengths, weaknesses and how well they understand sales strategy in these categories: Prospecting, First Impressions, Qualifying, Demonstration, Influence, Closing.
