Margie S. Heiler is a Master Certified Coach (1998) and a Certified
Executive Coach (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches), with a BA in Psychology and MS in Human Organization
Science, specializing in Human Resources. With coaching for leaders, teams,

Vikki
Brock is a master-level coach and a seasoned consultant, facilitator,
and trainer. Since 1995, through her company Call
Me Coach! Vikki supports people worldwide to help them create success
based on their own definitions. Credentialed in 1998 as a Master Certified
Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, Vikki is also a Certified
Executive Coach (CEC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches
and a Certified Master Coach with CoachInc. Vikki was awarded the Certified
Mentor Coach designation in 1998, which means she has the skill and experience
in teaching/training other coaches to coach. This designation is awarded
to coaches who have demonstrated their ability to assist coaches in their

C. Heiler, Vice President of Operations
With over 20 years of management and supervisory responsibilities and
expertise in designing, conceptualizing, developing, improving, systematizing
and analyzing in manufacturing and warehouse operations, Rick Heiler is
qualified to recommend systems improvements in a variety of organizations.
He has been a Plant Manager in three major companies--in Pennsylvania,
Florida and Utah--where his accomplishments have ranged from increased
production and productivity to improved customer service and regulatory
compliance with state and federal agencies. Rick attended Temple University
and has also had extensive, advanced training in management principles,
computer software and PCs. Additionally, he has attended Dale Carnegie
Leadership Training and Development Dimensions International (DDI) Leadership
Training.
With his experience in corporate America, Rick sees the
value of using assessments and coaching for the critical issues management
